Tristan Rickman

Before we work together, I’d love to share my story and what I’m all about. My name is Tristan Rickman, and my journey to becoming a real estate professional has been shaped by a life full of hard work, big moves, and a deep appreciation for the place I call home. I grew up in the woods of Michigan, where hunting, fishing, gardening, and helping neighbors weren’t hobbies, they were a way of life. My dad had us working from the moment we could walk, and those early years taught me resilience, problem-solving, and a strong sense of responsibility. Those lessons stuck with me and show up in everything I do for my clients. As a teenager, I pushed myself early, starting college while still in high school and building experience across a variety of industries. Over the years I’ve worked hands-on, helped run small operations, and learned how to keep things moving in fast-paced environments. No matter the role, I’ve always been the type who steps up, learns quickly, and works until the job is done right. That drive eventually took me to South Florida, just south of Miami. I worked in construction and restaurants while exploring opportunities and chasing the spark that led me into real estate. I launched my career in Homestead, FL, gaining experience in a diverse and fast-moving market that taught me the value of adaptability and clear communication. After several years away, Michigan called me back. Returning home gave me a chance to reconnect with the values I grew up with, and since then, I’ve focused on building a real estate business centered on honesty, hard work, and genuine care for the people I serve. My mission is simple: guide clients with transparency, advocate for their goals, and make the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everything I’ve learned on job sites, in leadership roles, and in life, helps me provide the kind of service people deserve. If we haven’t met yet, I’d be honored to earn that opportunity.
