A Bit About Me
First off, thank you for taking time to read about me and the team! As a native Michigander, I’ve had the opportunity to live in quite a few places over the years- starting in Macomb county and gradually making my way west into Oakland county, and more recently into Livingston. Michigan is a beautiful place to live, and I’m thankful to have seen so much of SouthEast Michigan thanks to this career. I started my real estate career working in New Construction for one of the nation’s largest builders. During my time there, I learned a lot about building standards, processes, loan options, and even more importantly; how to listen. After spending 4 years there, I decided to branch out to do traditional real estate in order to help even more people with their home ownership goals and real estate dreams. As a young person, I developed a passion for music- and even pursued and received my bachelor’s in music from Wayne State University. While doing my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to begin teaching. Little did I know I would end up doing quite a bit of teaching over the following years! At one point in my life I had a thriving music studio, taught at WSU’s Saturday School (where taught hundreds, if not thousands of students over the years), and was even music team leader at a large local church in Birmingham. I’ve also had the pleasure of serving as music director (for their musicals) at Groves High School for seven wonderful seasons. Teaching and leading others in these capacities has taught me A LOT about patience, attentiveness, pursuing excellence, and helping others to achieve their goals. Musicians and directors can’t help but be very detail oriented, and this has served me and my clients well in the world of real estate. I’m happily married to my amazing and beautiful wife Laura (14 years strong now!) and father to three incredible children- Alana (11), Faith (8) and Declan (5). When not helping my client family achieve their goals, you’ll find me keeping active at our 10 acre homestead, or doing life with our church family. If we haven’t had the privilege of hosting you at our home yet, it’s just a matter of time ;)
