Tong Real Estate Partners was founded in 2021, but collectively our team has over 20 years of combined experience in Real Estate. Our growing team is focused on building trusted relationships with our clients, always putting them first.
We believe that clients should become family, and that's why we work hard to provide the highest quality of service and make sure that everyone is taken care of. We serve primarily southeast Michigan, and with our team's expertise in the area, you can count on us to either find you the perfect home or coach you through maximizing what you can receive on the sale of the home.

Inside Nick's Journal...
I started my real estate career in new construction over 8 years ago. My job at the time consisted of meeting with people considering building a brand new home, guiding them in the building process & construction standards.
When I was interacting with customers, I realized that so many people were either not represented or not represented well. After witnessing this misrepresentation time and time again, I started to ask myself - “Why is this so common?” and “What can I do about this?”
I knew that people buying or selling their homes did not have to be treated the way they were treated and I felt as though if I were to dive deeper into Real Estate, I could become a Realtor who strives to put their clients' needs and best interests first.
When I left new construction and made the transition into traditional real estate, my mission was to treat people the way I would want to be treated.

Since going into real estate full time I have been fortunate enough to help over 350 clients either sell or buy their homes. Expanding Tong Real Estate to be a team of 4 (including myself) has been extremely humbling and motivating because together we have the opportunity to help serve more people and treat them well through the entire process.

My hope for the future of this team & company is to continue to create and cultivate a space where our client family can continue to return to us for trusted guidance.
