Announcing New Office Location
KW Living + Preview Properties: A Half-Billion-Dollar Partnership Redefines Local Market Leadership
Two Brighton powerhouses unite with just shy of 200 agents, 1,370 annual transactions, and close to $500 million in sales volume—while unlocking expanded marketing muscle plus new commercial and luxury capabilities for clients across Southeast Michigan.
BRIGHTON, Mich. — KW Realty Living (our umbrella brokerage and where Tong Real Estate Partners offices are located), Livingston County’s leader in agent count, units sold, and closed volume, today announced a strategic partnership with Preview Properties, the county’s largest independent brokerage. The alliance melds two Grand River Avenue cornerstones into a single, full-service platform poised to elevate residential, commercial, and luxury real-estate experiences throughout the region.
What does this mean for our clients?
For seller clients, moving to the Preview Properties Building provides enhanced exposure through a 200-agent network and Keller Williams’ national referral platform, enabling quicker and more efficient matches with potential buyers. Sophisticated digital ad campaigns and advanced CRM technology ensure properties are showcased with precision, attracting the right buyers through data-driven pricing strategies and expanded reach into commercial and luxury markets. For buyer clients, this transition offers greater access to diverse listings and high-end properties, supported by advanced marketing tools and a strengthened community involvement.
All in all, we are very excited about the move and we can’t wait to keep you posted! Don’t hesitate if you have any questions.

Overall Industry Stats
Ever wondered why some properties sell quickly while others don't? In today's real estate market, homes are on the market for just 30-40 days, which is quite fast. However, about 40% of these homes see price reductions, indicating that something might be off—perhaps the marketing needs tweaking or the property isn't resonating with buyers.
Now, consider being among the 46% of sellers whose homes sell above the asking price. That's the real estate jackpot! How do you achieve that? It’s all about strategy, presentation, and knowing what buyers want.
If you're thinking of a price cut, it’s time to reassess. Is your property appealing to your target audience? Are you highlighting its best features? By asking these questions and making adjustments, you can move toward that successful group.
Remember, selling a home is more than a transaction; it’s about creating a story buyers want to join. With introspection and adaptability, you can ensure your home’s story ends with a successful sale.
